This company continues to take 3997 off my car every month and I have disputed it through my visa, and I've called the number the bank gave me to dispute it and they keep saying they don't have an account for me and she was very rude, and they continually take 3997 a month out of my account and the website That they gave me is not found now I never ordered anything from this company and never received anything from this company they G just keep charging my card every month. How do I stop this when they will not cancel it because I say I have no account with them?

I am now charged $100.10 per month, even after cancelling this so-called subscription (I never agreed to a subscription). I cancelled GrowmaxCBD oil when a $100.10 charge was applied to my *** card in February, 2019. The company does not respond to phone or email messages for cancellation. Today I again have been charged for this product. I didn't sign up for a membership. I found information on web and Revdex.com site containing companies negative practices. I tried calling both company numbers listed on Revdex.com and get a recording of customer service times during customer service times.

I did the free trial with shipping only. I read everything there was to read about this offer, unfortunately I didn't Google their Revdex.com reviews. Next thing I know they're sending me confirmation of my next shipment. I emailed back asking them to respond and I haven't heard anything.

I am receiving jars of growmax! I have returned everyone and have comunicated to stop sending me jars of GrowmaX!

Somehow a place called growmax has started sending me bottles of Growmax!! I don"t even know what it is! I have sent it back everytime, and 4 or 5 jars and just realized they are charging me 100.00 I have tried calling, I have sent then email, and they will not stop!! Every jar was returned and no money was returned! I guess looking at this they have taken me for 500.00 and I have returned every jar! I get no response and I have BEGGED them to stop, I have returned 5 boxes and all they do is continue to send me this ***! I going to change my bank account today as they will not stop charging me! My bad but they have stolen 500 out of my account!

I have returned every jar unopened! You can"t get them on the phone and now I have to go to my bank today to stop them! This cost me also!

I returned the product via Certified Mail with a RMA received by the company on 5/8 with assurance from Andrea that I would receive a credit
I have attemped to cancel any further deliveries after receiving the sample via email, however they disregarded my instructions and sent another bottle and charged my debit card $100.00.

I finally found a phone number and called on 5/4, spoke to Andrea and she gave me a RMA # and committed to a credit minus the $5.95 original shipping cost.

Desired Outcome

I have not received credit as this time, I expect $94.05 to be deposited into my account as soon as possible as this was the agreed upon amount when I spoke to the rep. The RMA# XXXXXXX/XXXXXXX, The Cert Mail Rcpt #XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX confirmed delivery by PO on 5/11/18 at 10:39 AM.

When I requested a sample of the CBD oil I did not sign up for $100.00 monthly subscription. There is no way to contact this company to stop this.
I received email about the monthly subscription which I didn't sign up for which was $100 monthly. This oil is not that amazing to be that much. There is many more oils that are cheaper. This is a scam and I can't get it stopped from coming out of bank account.

I want the money put back in my account and no more to come out of my account.

Sent product/gummies back to company with promise of refund in October 2017
Received "free" Wellness Gummies in August. Product did not help/do what it claimed. Cancelled future mailings of product. Received another bottle of Wellness Gummies in September and $77.21 was taken from my account. Called again to cancel and get address to return product. Sent Wellness Gummies back with the promise from company that my checking account would be refunded $77.21 in October. Called customer service #866-301-5493 on 12/20/17 and talked with Albert about refund that I have not received. Assured me the money would be returned to the account in 72 hours. Called again on 1/03/18 and spoke with Dave Cabrera about why my account had not been refunded. He said someone would email me about what to do. Still haven't received an email from them. Called again last week and customer service rep verified last 4 digits of my card/account# and said the money would be refunded to my account in 72 hours. Called again today, 1-24-18, and talked with Neil who stated that the refund will not go through because my account has been closed at the bank. Not true. I have used this account for twenty plus years and just used it yesterday. When I asked to speak to Neil's supervisor/boss he said he was the supervisor. When I asked to talk with his boss he hung up on me. I called back five minutes later and got someone named Mary on the phone and she informed me that the company I was seeking the refund from was closed/no longer in business. Neil, not five minutes before, never mentioned the company being closed..nor has any other customer rep made this statement. After asking to speak to Mary's boss...she hung up as well. When you are on hold to speak to a customer service rep the message tells you an email address to use for quick response so you won't have to be on hold for so long...emailed twice...never had a response.

I just want my $77.21 returned to my account. I returned the gummies to them in October 2017 in good faith that they would refund my account.

I have tried to contact them using the XXX-XXX-XXXX, XXX-XXX-XXXX and your supposed phone # XXX-XXX-XXXX all which go to a voice recording stating "You have reached customer service. No one is here to answer your call. Please call back during normal business hours which are from 7am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time. I have tried these phone numbers a couple of different times during the day both yesterday and today during their supposed "normal business hours." I have contacted my credit card company and placed a dispute for the 2 transactions one for $95 & one for $100.10. I am trying to get the company to stop sending their product and stop billing my credit card.

There is apparently an issue as to what company actually is doing the billing. The physical address matches the complaint address of the business that sent the product. I am not sure that even though the credit card billing has NaturesNatural as the billing merchant for one transaction and TMM*NaturesNatural for another one that this is the company that is charging my credit card.

I am providing copies of all the emails, tracking numbers of the delivery to me, returned product tracking #, credit card statement & picture of the sample product.

One of the issues with the response from the merchant that Revdex.com contacted is that they refer to their product as Wellness CBD and the product I received is GROWMAX CBD.

The shipping confirmation emails sent to me came from this email address:

The actual shipping package came from:

Tampa, Fl. 33613

This address matches the one in this complaint for this business. It is possible that there is some fraud occurring here between NaturesNatural and GROMAX CBD.

I noticed on the merchants reply to Revdex.com that it did not state the name of the company. It only was signed Customer Support team. Can you verify what is the actual name of the business Revdex.com contacted?

I would appreciate Revdex.com to continue to inquire about this complaint as to who is the actual merchant billing my credit card and shipping the product so that I can resolve this issue.

Thank you for the updated information. I was totally reimbursed by my credit card bank and since the 60 day period for the business to respond has expired I feel that this issue has been resolved to my satisfaction.

This company is shady and will not respond to customers. I ordered the trial sample and did not like it. I have tried calling numerous times and only get a message to call back during "normal office hours", which I was doing. I have received another shipment and two charges on my credit card, even though I have been trying to cancel.

I have the unopened package with their address on it. Perhaps they change their name when irate customers complain. Regardless, I am disputing the unauthorized shipment. It is impossible to contact the bogus business with their emails or online. The state attorney general should put a stop to this business' practices.

This outfit is definitely shady. I actually did speak with someone there and he said he would E-mail to me the Internet ad I responded to promising a free sample but which also stated additional shipments would follow that would not be free. Needless to say, I never got that E-mail. I filed a complaint with Visa about fraudulent practice. They have issued a provisional credit while investigating. So far, no final word.

As other have written, I ordered the trial and have been receiving packages monthly and being charged 79 dollars on my card. Unable to reach them with the customer support number on the box. Do not do business with this dishonest company.

Ordered product for free with just S and H. Bottles keep coming and I get charged. Cannot cancel. Product does not work. Cannot get ahold of anyone.
I was told I could get a free month supply if I just paid shipping and handling. I gave my credit card info for this. Immediately after, $77.21 was charged to my credit care. Not the $4.75 shipping fee. I have tried to get a hold of them. Website does not work, and the phone number is constantly busy. I have tried for days and days. I just received another order of the wellness gummies and did not request them. They have charged my credit card again. I cancelled my credit card and got another one, but my credit card company is now looking into it. I fied a claim. I do not want any more, and was told the first bottle was free, but I was charged. Now I have no way to get a hold of the company to cancel the order. I never ordered any more. I do not want any more of this product, as it does not work for me.

Bought sample of company's CBD oil 2 weeks ago & today they took $100.10 from my account for "membership fee". The ad did not state this originally.

I ordered the free trial. I now got another shipment in the mail along with a $77 charge. I cannot contact the company as their phone number just hangs up as it dials. I only have the name of the company on the bottle. There was no email confirming future billing or orders. Can I just stop payment at my bank? I have no way to reach them.

The doctor ordered a sample bottle of a product and like most complaints the company is sending a product monthly and charging our credit card.
The doctor ordered a sample and like most complaints we keep getting product that we didn't ask for and are being charged without permission on our credit card. When I tried calling the company using about 5 different phone numbers, the numbers didn't work. There is no number on the invoice for us to try. We had to cancel our credit card.

We don't want anymore contact with this company. But to please put a working telephone # on their invoice for future purchasers to call if they run into the same problem.

When I received my bottle I tried to cancel the rest of my subscription, but the phone number they gave me and their website were both defunct. I have since tried 2 other phone numbers with no luck: either their is no connection or all I ever get is a busy signal. Today I recieved another bottle of gummie candies (worthless as painrelievers) and was charged $77 for it. My only option now is to cancel the credit card to avoid further charges. THIS COMPANY IS CRIMINAL.

My wife ordered CBD Gummies from Wellness Best and was charged $5.95 on June 18, 2017. The phone # is 866-978-4631 identified as in AZ. Augusts 17 we were billed for PerfectCleanseDiet (never ordered or received) from 855-241-2881 UT. We believe these are the same company either located on Bearss Av Tampa or using a company there to ship products.

A websearch uncovers numerous products on many websites all promoting dubious health products, all with misleading "reviews" under such sites as "Consumer Health Digest".

Our bank card company is trying to trace this but cannot do so without legitimate phone numbers. I am writing to the FL state attorney general's office, also.

These scammers are the worst of criminals!
