In response to Mrs ***, I was not in business at the time of her job, she knew I was not a business, Certified Home Improvement was not started last year when her job was doneI acted on behalf of her to get her insurance to replace her roof and found her a crew to do the workWhen we approached her about needing more money to fix issues with her roof deck, her response was that the only money she had was the insurance companysettlement money and she wasn't paying anything out of her pocketI was just helping her get this roof completeThere isn't any paperwork that exist starting any contact for work to be done at her hous and surely no paperwork starting that Certified Home Improvement hard a contract to do any work on her houseI feel this ccomplaint doesn't belong on Certified Home Improvements record art all

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowMy insurance agent went on top of my roof with Mr*** and Mr*** acted as my contractor I wrote the checks to Truman *** for the work being doneHe represented himself to me as the person doing the job, he was there on site while job was being performed and called the guys doing the job along with him "his crew" This is the same man that is causing me to lose my house because I do not have the money to pay for the roof againI can forward any receipts and paperwork Mr*** gave me, as well as the text messages between Truman and myself, where he agreed to fix the issues, but has not It seems to me he represented me, performed the job poorly, took my money with unfulfilled promises, and now that the roof is worse than the one he replaced, he doesn't want to stand behind his work - NO MATTER WHAT NAME HE IS USING FOR HIS SO CALLED BUSINESSI will need a few days to get any paperwork together, as I've just become aware of his response Thank you for your time and consideration
