Very difficult to review Certified Homes Services, Inc. First and foremost, the 13 windows installed in our home were absolutely the best and it is difficult to be disappointed with the product. With that being said, although Certified was more than customer service oriented during our purchase of windows and installment, I can honestly say that after that meeting it was quite disappointing to have a feeling that you were actually just a customer, nothing more, nothing less. Several things were discussed i.e. such as putting a sign for advertisement on the lawn (twice); only to that being done. With each visit from a representative of Certified, it seemed to be more about signing paperwork so Certified could receive their
$23,000 + from the bank. Both my wife and commented several times about the lack of customer service care and concern. Please don't get me wrong, the windows were great, they were installed and they will more than keep our family safe, but we expect more when it dealing with other humans. No thank you, no real inspection (except by the city), only pictures with no one ever asking about our experience. Buy their product, it is wonderful, but if you want to feel valued, perhaps look elsewhere.

Great windows with a professional installation completed. Can’t beat the warranty on the windows.
