On May 28th, My wife & I went into the *** *** restaurant at the West St HotelWe sat at the bar ordered a beer & a shot of whiskeyThe whiskey was poured in front of usWe ordered the whiskey "NEAT", no iceAfter having our drinks we got the billThere was a $charge for "NEAT"I asked what this was for & was told they charge $extra for serving drinks with NO ICE !!!I said: "A SHOT IS A SHOT; ICE OR NO ICE" !!!...Although the bartender agreed with us, he refused to change the billWe were not advised of the additional charge for "NEAT", when we ordered the drinks
