Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2015/12/01) */
Revdex.com Complaint Case # [redacted]
In reference to this complaint there are many concerns that we have to the facts as stated by the complainant. When this customer came into our place of business to report the failure of her payment being posted...

correctly we asked for her receipt so that we could research the transaction. The customer stated that her boyfriend made the payment and had destroyed the receipt. In the customer's complaint she now states she made the payment. When asked what day the payment was made she stated it was the day after a holiday, she couldn't remember if it was Memorial Day or Labor Day because she gets the two confused. She said it was in September. I told her I would research the day and let her know. I explained to her that our computer system was down and I would have to go through paper copies of receipts for the day and we handle 100-125 people a day on bill pay. (This was on November 9, 2015)I researched the transactions for that day and was unable to locate a payment for her account.
The complainant called back on or about November 11, 2015 and I told her I researched that day and could not find any transactions for her account. She stated she had called in between times and told the person on the phone it was a day in October, not September as she originally stated. I explained to her that it was her responsibility to retain her receipt and I was attempting to assist her since she lost the receipt, but could not research literally 1,000's of paper transactions to locate hers. She became extremely rude and insulting, stating it was not her problem that one of the people here "pocketed" her money. I did not appreciate her insults and would not assist her if she was going to question our integrity when we were doing well beyond what was required of us to assist her with this matter. I ended the phone conversation.
On or about November 13, 2015 the complainant came into our store again with an unknown female. The unknown female explained that her friend had paid her bill and the payment had not been credited properly and was somewhat demanding in her approach and tone with me. I recognized this to be the complainant from earlier and told her that without her receipt, we would not be assisting her any further due to her conduct on the phone. I informed her and the unknown female to leave our store. I demanded she leave on three separate occasions and had to threaten to call law enforcement to have her removed. She finally complied and left stating she was calling Duke Energy and reporting us as well as other agencies to get us in trouble.
In the complaint she stated that she contacted Global Payments in regards to this. I have been in touch with their representative and told that there is no way to show her payment was made and then voided without a receipt.
I will be glad to assist the complainant with this issue if she can produce a receipt for the payment. Without such receipt and the inconsistencies of her story it is impossible for me to validate giving her credit for a payment that I cannot establish was ever made.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2015/12/03) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This is not how everything happened. The store owner never once told us that he had researched it nor was I Rude first. The "unknown female"was my pregnant step-mother whom he screamed and smacked his hands to leave. I talked to global express, and they can see that someone working at that store had voided the payment, which is why I think it is suspicion no one could help me. I went to another business to repay the same bill and explained what had happened and that store owner told me many of his customers had came in and said that happened to them at the same locksmiths. The lady in line behind me at this store told me herself that the store owner of that locksmith and everyone there is always completely rude to them also. Knowing that I understand they are just rude people and that is okay they cannot admit their wrongs.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2015/12/18) */
We are sorry that this customer feels that she was treated improperly. We have on average of over a hundred people a day that make payments with us, there have been rare times in the past where customer's payments were not properly posted. We have been able to get these payments properly credited as long as the customer had a receipt. We will be happy to assist this customer with getting any payment that was made and not properly posted to an account corrected; as long as she can produce a receipt for the transaction.
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 12, 2015/12/21) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
These people are scamers. They are liars and I, along with other people in this area will NEVER go to them for anything. Hopefully one day they will loose all business because the owner is disrespectful and ignorant. I along with others feel strongly about this, but we can't fix stupid. Hopefully karma will hit the ignorant store owner sooner or later.I do not need anymore explinations. I have took my business to trustworthy people
