I had agreed to do business with this company to repair some bad work that was done with another business and the agreement was to repair the piers under the joyce of our sliding glass door because the last company did it with wood which brings in termites and we agreed to do this if this business only if they would take pictures of before and after and outline why they had to do their work. They agreed to this and once they were done sent just pictures of work they completed and no outline of why this work was to be completed and when I spoke with Ron N he said he was on vacation and would take care of this when he returned and his co-worker Nick. Now neither one of these employees will even answer their phones or return calls. This was very important to completion of this job and we now know that all they cared about was getting their $1,619 for their 2 hours of work and did not follow through with their agreement.This took place on 10/16/2017 and extremely disrespectful.
