***, I do truly apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced and again wish I would have had the opportunity to speak to you sooner However, I believe you are inaccurate in your statement that we did not respond to your concerns We did have the Project Manager return to the job site that day in order to address your concerns regarding post treatment attic particles being in your home We performed a Sub-Micron fogging which removed the airborne particles from your interior Both the Project manager and lead technician were under the belief that you were satisfied with this resolution and because we never heard back from you, we did not know that you were not happy with our results.Christie

I am rejecting this response because:I did receive a paid in full invoice However, the claim they did not know about the situation is a lie We called their office while the technicians were on the job and were told by the woman on the phone that she would call the job site supervisor Their office was made aware of the situation, the supervisor was made aware of the situation and the employees who preformed the work were well aware of their errors Instead of being proactive to try to make things right, after the job was done a decision was made on their behalf to take the wait and see approach We were billed via email and never contacted about the abhorrent performance of their employees Furthermore, Christie S***, the operations manager, has never expressed any form of apology or regret for the actions of her employees

In response to Mr*** complaint, we completed this job on September and an invoice was sent out that same day We attempted to reach Mr*** several times over the next months via email, phone calls and text messages with no response or feedback It is our belief
that this complaint is unjustified because we were never made aware that he was unhappy with our services and more importantly given the opportunity to address his concerns Only after we sent Mr*** to collections did he reach out to us Once we were made aware of his experience with us and that he expressed that there was nothing we could do to make him happy, we responded both quickly and generously We wrote off the entire amount of the invoice $and emailed him a paid in full invoice less than hours later Issuing Mr*** a paid in full invoice was not because we agreed with him or his actions but thought it was in the best interest of the company to not spend any more time, money or energy on this matter During this one and only conversation with Mr ***, he never mentioned he was filing a complaint with Revdex.com the same day In fact, after I told him I was speak with both his lead technician and the owner and get back with him as soon as possible, he said that we were handling his concerns professionally and he appreciated it I have attached the invoice I sent to Mr Kinbrough on March 12th along with the entire electronic job diary showing how many attempts we made to try to have contact with Mr ***.
