I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Good morning [redacted]

Just writing this in regards to the response that Certified Motors had sent to you in regards to my complaint on 7/10/15.

Currently the response that they have sent I am not willing to accept it.  Upon purchase of the vehicle they did not disclose any and all information regarding the issues or problems with the vehicle. I was unaware we purchased the vehicle as is, they never disclosed this information with us. Being a certified dealership it is there duty to make sure all vehicles are able to pass inspection upon purchasing a vehicle. The vehicle they sold us would not of even passed a delaware inspection due to the issue of the horn being not functionable.. I feel they willingley sold us a vehicle knowing we live in MD and the inspections are much more in depth, to pass. This being a certified dealership they are advertising that all of their vehicles are certified upon purchase and therefore would
Not have made a purchase knowingly aware the vehicle had issues. They have continuely lied to us and have caused my family stress in loss wages and travel of work and have put my family and children in harms way. They picked up the vehicle on the 12th and have yet to call us in to what was wrong with the vehicle and niw are refusing to fix it. We have refused to make the payments until the vehicle is fixed because we have not been able to enjoy it since purchase. Please I would like a full refund of the money put down to purchase this vehicle so we purchase a more reliable way of transportation for our children. We are unsatisfied with their service and feel if they truly believe th hey strive for customer satisfaction then they would give us our full refund on the vehicle.

Thank you,
Sincerely [redacted]

Review: Me and my husband recently bought a used van from here back in Febuary, When we bought the van the dealership failed to tell us what was wrong with the vehicle beforehand. When we test drove the vehicle we told them about the horn not working, they said to bring it in for them to look at and they would fix it. after we took it in they did not fix the horn on the van. We drove the van for about a week before it started to give us spark plug problems and the van was sputtering. then about two weeks after that the vans brake system decided to start sqeaking and not working properly. I also had a blow out of one of the tires one morning going to work, all the tires were dry rotted. So before our 90 day temp tag ran out, we decided to get the vehicle inspected. The inspection station told us that it would cost well over $1,000 just to pass the inspection. That it would need brand new tires, and would need a whole new brake system put in since the brakes were so bad on it. So I contacted the dealership back and told them that we did not want the vehicle anymore and stopped making payments on it and if they could possibly fix it for us we would not mind making the payments, or to give us a even trade with another vehicle. They denied us. about a week after that I was taking my kids to school when the engine underneath the hood started smoking and stalled out, went to restart the van and the engine locked up and will not start now. I contacted the dealership several times in between and after the fact to give them the chance to either fix the issues or come and get it.. it has been about two months and the vehicle is still sitting in my front yard not running. I contacted them again three days ago and spoke to the guy, and he stated they are coming to get the van to fix it and they did not want to repo it because they would be losing money. The van is still sitting in front of my house three days later.Desired Settlement: We feel as though they put us and my childrens lives in danger, knowing the van was not safe to drive in the first place, but endend up selling it to us anyway. we are a low income family and work hard for what we have. we feel as though we were taken advantage of, and all we asked was for them to fix the issues or come and get it. We cannot afford to put all the money that is required to fix it, into it after just paying them for something we thought and made believe was a desent vehicle.. I really do not want to see this happen to someone else, and would just really like our money back for the trouble they have put us through.
