Certified On The Fly is licensed and accredited by the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) to provide the Texas Food Handler course online.
This particular customer purchased the TABC + Food Handler bundle through our other website, TABC On The Fly, and was immediately issued a code to access our Food Handler course, which she successfully redeemed through our website on 02/09/2020 at 18:26:32 CST.
At the time of purchase, the customer acknowledged and agreed to our no-refund policy which states in full "I acknowledge that all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. I accept full responsibility for this purchase and acknowledge that if I request a refund for any reason, the answer will be no."
The customer's account is active and she's able to log in to her account to complete the course at any time.
