Certified Property Rescue

CPR did excellent work at our flooded home. We had toilet line break in middle of the night, and awoke to inches of water on the floor throughout our home. CPR came to our house immediately when we called. The entire staff was amazing to work with, the communication was superb, and the cleanup effort was perfect. Our insurance company was thrilled about everything CPR saved in the drying process, and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! Awesome team :)

There was no communication between their employees and they were cutting corners. One example would be only cutting the bottom three feet of the wall and ripping the insulation out of the wall claiming that you can just stuff a new piece up 8ft in the wall. Ultimately they were told to do it right by insurance and had to rip the whole wall out. They got mad because we were keeping on them making sure they did the job correctly (because they weren't in the first place) and left the job unfinished because we would not let them lock up our personal property in pods at our house and not give us a key. They claimed that they catalog everything and don’t want their catalog to get screwed up. Well we packed every box and moved 80% of it into the pods our self so there was no catalog of our stuff. The stuff they did pack and move was not done “properly”, it was missing the packer’s name and order #’s, the contents of the boxes appeared to be just thrown in them some even bulging. Once we argued with them and said we won’t allow our stuff to be locked up without us having access the manager on site threw his hands up and said that’s it were done I’m pulling all our stuff. He then threw a tantrum and dumped his drink out throwing it in his truck, slammed the tailgate shut and sat in his truck with the windows rolled up pouting. To top it all off CPR is trying to tell us they are going to take our pods with all our stuff in it with less than 24 hours notification. Not only do they know me and my dad both have bad backs and can’t move all that stuff but our insurance is paying for the pods so they are trying to take something that is not theirs. This is a very unprofessional business, I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Our family had a wonderful experience with Certified Property Rescue and all their staff. We came home from work to 2 inches of water throughout our two story home from a pipe that broke randomly on the 2nd floor. Of course we were panicked, and found CPR on a google search. Their ratings and reviews were the best in the area, so we gave them a try. We are very glad we did! Everyone (us, our insurance reps, and subcontractors) was pleased with their experience in dealing with CPR. You just can't fund the high level of service that CPR gave us in this day and age. We called them with low expectations, but they delivered top-notch service in every way. Can't say enough good things about them!!!
