I am rejecting this response because: " please see attached the condition of the mattress which was delivered to usWe had to scrap it and buy a new mattress ourselvesThere is no response on the stolen ipad from the businessUnless the business is willing to compensate accurately for our losses, we are going to fight for it and do my best to stop this company from cheating any other customers

To ensure customer satisfaction wesimply asked the customer to cooperate by providing supporting information inorder for us to validate their claims. It is critical that this information isprovided to ensure a fair investigation and resolution for both the customer aswell as the company. All of ourbinding transportation quotes provided by our relocation representatives arebased on information given by customers prior to move date which consists of atotal volume to be shipped. Upon receiving this information, a binding &guaranteed transportation cost is provided to the customer specifying anddetailing services to be rendered, with customer approval to Order of Servicevia Electronic Signature confirming the information provided is true andaccurate.  Our recordclearly shows that due to additional services requested by the customer andrendered by Certified Relocations Inc onthe day of the pickup, consisting of additional volume to be shipped andPacking Supplies to be used, additional charges were made to their account. Thetotal Transportation cost for the relocation was reconfigured according totheir new requirements at the time of pickup date.  Please Notethat on the confirmation call from CertifiedRelocations Inc (Confirmation Department) one day prior to pick-up date,there was NO mention made by the customer of additions or changes to theaccount. I am rejecting this response because:They have pushed me off to another party.   [redacted]I filed the claim form on that website but I have a strong feeling that's going to get me nowhere.  I have AT LEAST 2 dozen photos of damaged and destroyed items not too mention the "missing" items.   I also have the huge expense of $675 for the trailer that I had to rent,  load myself,  tow 22hrs and unload myself because they left so many items behind at my home!   I absolutely reject their false concerns and I can tell you,  they're not investigating anything.   This I know because I was on the phone with them first thing on July 2nd.  Not too mention,  I emailed them on July 1st WHILE the movers we're still at my home (that's how bad it was).  And NO ONE is going to bully and threaten me to pay an additional $2,304 without notice and tell me that they will keep my belongings if I didn't pay!

We have procedures in place for damaged items and missing items. We have followed the procedures, and investigated the situation. The ending result was to send her to the claims department to file a claim for the missing and damaged items. We have tried and tried to accommodate and rectify the situation but nothing seems to appease the shipper. So we sent her to our claims department who has a legal standing to discuss settlement claims.

We at Certified Relocations have reached out to Mr. [redacted]. He expressed his issues and came to the conclusion that if histhings that is missing are found and sent back to him, he would be very happyand end all complaints. We are working as quickly as we can to find hisbelongings and have...

Prior to this action that was taken,when Mr. [redacted] first contacted the company about the discrepancies, weoffered him a  $200.00 discount, herefused to sign the paper for the discount to be processed. We will be in touchwith Mr. [redacted] as soon as his 3 item are located. If for any reason histhings can't be  found we are prepared tosend him to the claims department where he can file a claim for the missingitems.

day of my move the man came with a different contract with a different price which was $100 dollars more. I immediately showed him my contract and signature he told me that he would call his dispatcher/owner and he told him that was the contract. He would not allow me to speak with the owner to get it straightened out. I told them I came to move furniture and that is what I will do.He loaded the truck with some of what I wanted then came back saying that it will cost me $700 more dollars. I said that is not what we agreed to. They continued to load the truck.On the day of the 26th they were to deliver my furniture. The truck driver called 9:30 a.m. saying t=hat he was on his way and asked what form of payment was I using I told him but he didn't want a cashiers check, he wanted cash or postal money order. When the customer service man called me it was 1:00 p.m. The truck driver did not get to my house until  5:30 p.m. he hired someone from Craigslist to help him move and my furniture was on a Penske rental truck. He would not unload my furniture until I gave him the money first.Everything that I entrusted this company with was damaged. Bedroom set, 3 piece entertainment center, glass table, leather loveseat, chair, mirror, motorcycle, mattress, box springs, all damaged and wet. They did not deliver everything on the 27th. my mattress, leather chair was delivered on Aug 9, wet and damaged, dirty I asked where were my pieces that hold my slats to my bed and legs also the legs to my chairs which he left in my driveway a Sunday morning and still did not bring everything. He called 5:45 Saturday evening stating that he was in town to bring my furniture and would come to my home in 45 minutes knowing that he would not be coming that night b=ecause of his perception with time I experienced my first delivery I asked him to come at 9:00 a.m.He did not show up until after 11:30 and did not call me nor ring my bell to let me know that he would be on his way. He put my things in my driveway and was on his way back to the truck. If I had not been looking for them to come I would not have known he had been there. The next day I called customer service which is a big joke reporting this incident and to ask about my other things which I still have not received he just slowly stated wow. He said that they didn't have anything else of mine and I said that I would not be calling their company if all of my things were delivered. I have a bed that doesn't have the pegs, screws, legs, that are still missing. They dropped my motorcycle, tore my turn signal off and light in front are damaged along with both sides scrapes and scratches on my bike paint job messed up and wont stay started when I put it in first gear to drive. I asked the guy who always seems to answer the phone from customer service which they try to make it seem as though it is could I speak to the owner/dispatcher he said that he doesn't speak to the customers. He said that he would put in a claim for me but I am still waiting and can't sleep on my mattress or bed because pieces are still missing. I have been calling every week since July 27th and it has been ridiculous that their company doesn't even honor their own contract. It is a joke to them. Damages Dresser two holes in the back and you can see thorough to drawers Chest broke wooden knob in three pieces legs damaged nightstand looks like they had a barquee and poured charcoal on top and legs damaged Armoire legs damaged and stripped knob off of the drawer Bed frame haven't received all parts, Gouged on the sides back and sided  missing legs pegs, screws, and post to up slats up, on slat broken so you have to replace that Dining glass table pieces missing to hold table on glass legs 3 piece entertainment center glass removed from door and bottom gouged and  paint on bottom portion loveseat leather wet and smelling legs missing, leather chair legs missing wet and smelling motorcycle dropped and paint damages light pulled off turn signal, front right side light broken on both sides,tag holder bent and scrapped like it was dragged on both sides. I have videos of my bike before they took it to put it in the truck. This company I pray under any name will never be able to do  any service like this to anyone else. I could have did the job myself and not damaged my things they said that they were a company of professionals neither group of people were, no identifications, uniforms no professionalism, hiring people from craigslist can be dangerous I am all about giving people chances but this company should not be in business strong arming extorting, trying to be gangsters. I signed the contract saying that under duress the boy tore it up a binding contract. the so called sales reps are pretentiously  nice up until they get your down payment changing your contract saying that someone is working on their computer read the contract I did if possible don't let them damage your valuables. Rent your own truck and find someone yourself from craigslist you will end up better off.It is now August 26th and I am still waiting on my things I really don't think that they will find them. In addition, I filed a police report because of all damages in Philadelphia and called police in North Carolina. I will do everything that I can think of to stop them from robbing, harassing, extorting, bullying, embarrassing, stressing, damaging other peoples property. The driver said that I was being mean to him that is why he left my things in the driveway. I honestly can say even though this company has done what they have done I have always been professional because of my background that is his dishonesty not mines. Now remember he lied on me twice already and I still have not been rude or disrespectful.

We understand how important Mr. [redacted]'s belongings are to him and we are doing everything we can to find his belongings and have them sent to him as soon as possible. The last 2 months have been very busy in our company and unfortunately, things were moved and could've been misplaced in the warehouse. When this rare occasion happens, we do everything we can to find the belongings and get them out to the shipper. We continue to apologize as we strive to rectify the situation.

[redacted] our driver had family emergency, we paid $400 one of ours sub-contractors in [redacted] to deliver the mattress. Delivery occurred on 11/04/2014 We apologize to our customer for all inconvenience we might cost. Also they were informed about mattress status.  We were receiving 3-5 calls a day from customer. When day received delivery, customer told as, that we are lying and that we didn't payed $400 for delivery and also they were asking for a full refund for mattress because is dirty. We ask customer to send us a pictures and this is what we got. Also we encourage them to file the claim.I will attached mattress picture we received from our client.

I am rejecting this response because:
This matter cannot be closed until they find my belongings. I feel that their staff may have stolen my things and therefore 'lost' the missing boxes so that I may make an insurance claim, because there have been items of value (such as a Sony Playstation, etc) in the missing boxes.Additionally, there are irreplaceable photos of deceased relatives in the missing boxes. This is my family legacy/history and this loss is EXTREMELY stressful. The company has STRIPPED me of my deceased loved ones whom I only have photos of now and of relatives who passed before I was born. How can you 'make a claim' against being stripped of your family history and identity with no care or concern?There is NO WAY that their warehouse or facility is so vast that they cannot find MARKED (by them) articles in 6 weeks, unless they stole them or sent them to someone else, When they (in their sales pitch) STRESSED that everything is MARKED and stays together when stored to insure that items are not lost or misplaced. Upon research of true reviews about the company, they seem to 'lose or damage' items of people who are moved out of state by them as opposed to those moved in state.Additionally, the Hutch is an antique that cannot be replaced, as it is tied to memories, as opposed to some random piece of furniture.Lastly - MANAGEMENT (and Owner) refuses to speak to me or contact me in any way. They always make a customer service rep (Lee) call or speak to me, even when I have repeatedly requested that a MANAGER or the owner call me to discuss the issues. The fact that management REFUSES to speak to me directly has increased my frustration and concern about possible criminal activity on their part.
