To whom it may concern,We answered on this complain on 11/4/2014Household goods was delivered on time to [redacted] to [redacted] , after the delivery customer called and told us that hes missing mattressThe same day was found and schedule for next shipment to [redacted] On the way to [redacted] our driver had family emergency, we paid $one of ours sub-contractors in [redacted] to deliver the mattressDelivery occurred on 11/04/We apologize to our customer for all inconvenience we might costAlso they were informed about mattress status We were receiving 3-calls a day from customerWhen day received delivery, customer told as, that we are lying and that we didn't payed $for delivery and also they were asking for a full refund for mattress because is dirtyWe ask customer to send us a pictures and this is what we gotAlso we encourage them to file the claim.I will attached mattress picture we received from our client
