I am writing in regards to your experience at my store on November 16, in [redacted] ** I am the new store manager and started just a few days after your visit After speaking with my staff who were present that day I have concluded that there was definitely a misunderstanding in regards to our in store advertisement and to which puppies they were targeting I was advised that the signage read "Puppies Starting at $750" which included select puppies for various reasons After careful consideration I wanted to personally reach out to you to offer my sincerest apologies as well as a few options if you are still looking for a companion I have a friends for life program in which a puppy who is in need of a home can be placed in a permanent home free of charge and in this case a bulldog if one is available I can certainly contact you I will also include your information for our next litter of bulldogs to contact you and offer a substantial discount on a new puppy for your heartache

to inspectIf shrinkage is not clearly visible to our quality control department, we have the option to send a select few to an outside lab for testingThe customer can choose which items that will be sent for testing and we will give her the copy of the report and proceed according to the results.Boots- It is imperative to know the brand names of these bootsWe need to know the actual cost for themTo calculate the actual cash value minus depreciationI understand that these boots have extreme sentimental value, this is why we are attempting to provide some type of reimbursement, even though all boots that we picked up were in fact delivered to the homeowner.Thank You, Emily N***CRDN

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. I would appreciate being considered for the bulldog puppy but had a few questions about the details of the response. About what price would be considered for your bulldogs after this discount? Approximately when would you receive the litter? What would happen if the next expected litter didn't have a puppy with a suitable temperament for my home?
