I tried to work this out and was shot down when I contacted them and Patrick B*** told me "it is what it is"This led me to believe he was no longer willing to discuss the creditsI attempted to work this outhe refusedI won't contact them againIf Patrick B*** has changed his mind and now wants to sit down and figure all of this out he'll need to call me He has my number.*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:When we met in person, all of the credits my Mom was owed was backed with proof and cancelled checksThey agreed at the time that I provided the proof
for credits, however, upon returning to the office we only received some of those creditsFor example: She accidently paid one invoice #*** twice in the amount of $However, when we were notified that all credits had been applied to her account there was no $applied anywhereThey had applied $to the account with no explanation of what it was forwhich was confusing because in all of our documentation we don't show the $anywhereThere are various credits that were acknowledged but never applied.I would like to return to the table open minded and go over invoice by invoice ( they didn't want to do this when we first met) and get the whole thing straightened out once and for all. At that time, I am sure we can cooperatively resolve this issuePatrick B*** last email said the account is what it is and that we had two different methods of accounting documentation; applying the he was no longer willing to work at straightening it out. Two different methods of documentation doesn't change the fact that a credit is a creditIf I have missed something then let's talk about it
