You’re asking for a $refund and that can’t happen as we made little to no profit on this tire deal however, I see where you did NOT get an alignment and I would very much like to do that for youOn your car it requires a wheel alignments and that is a $value that I’ll do at no chargeFurthermore I would recommend that I do it at my other Moreno valley store located on Heacock and Alessandro so you won’t feel uncomfortable going in

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is the furthest im going to get with this company. Oh boy a free wheel alignment just for me?? At such an INCREDIBLE price!! Who knew certified tires would be so generous? All you have to do is be mistreated and lied to! TOTALLY worth an $alignmentI'll have to spread the word, I wouldn't want you guys (sorry certified tires) to go out of business*** *** you never mentioned your title? I'm just a little curious on who im talking to? And speaking of titles I also need the name of ***'s district manager
