What a horrible experience [redacted] contacted them about towing our car at 6pmThey said it would take hoursWe had no choice so we waited three hoursAt three hours we called and was told the driver was minutes away and stuck in traffic in New Jersey And hour went by, and we made another call to ***The company told them that they called us and told us it would be another two hours which never happenedSo I told [redacted] to have the dispatch call meThe person I spoke to told me they lied to ***, that they never spoke to us, and that there was nothing they could do because their car was stuck in traffic in New JerseyIt is going to be an additional two hours I've been using three different apps to monitor the traffic in New Jersey and there's absolutely noneNONEWe've been stranded in a parking parking lot for hoursThey lied to me, they lied to ***

I alerted my roadside assistance company that I needed towing and they sent someone from Certified Towing & Transport, LLC to assist me I was informed by my roadside assistance that the tow was covered and I did not have to come out of pocket any money Of course that changed when this tow company arrived and took advantage of the fact a female was in distress before the Thanksgiving holiday The tow guy was very nice, professional and lazy! His boss was a real piece of work The owner proceeded to tell me over the phone that I needed to pay him between $75-$cash or they were leaving my car He told me to "Walk my *** to a gas station and get him cash" and for every minute I was on the phone confirming with my roadside assistance that he was going to charge me The most disrespectful man I have ever run into DO NOT use this company for any services The tow arrived at 5:15pm and I didn't leave until 8pm arguing with that piece of work over the telephone
