I have read the response from the company of Certified Transmission and it doesn't saying anything of how the problem is going to get fixed. Yes I made a apt for Aug 28th but then got called into work. My work schedule has been hectic as it has been changing. So do I just bring my truck in for them to fix again or?? And I was not aware that they were taking a piece out of my truck the last time I brought it in. It wouldn't be such a big deal if they would just communicate with me instead of leaving me in the dark. I am brining my truck to another shop to get a quote on what is wrong with the engine now as it still has a very loud tick and stutters when starting to go. As far as the control knob for heater I asked them what I needed to do to get it fixed. Everything from behind my dash was unplugged. Their response didn't include a way to make things right with my truck. It has warranties but I feel like I'm being placed on the back burner with the company. The owner/boss was not there when I went in for the quote and his employee never told him everything on what needed to be replaced but there were people in the waiting area as well that I can guarantee heard our whole conversation on what needed to be fixed with the employee telling me that they would get it taken care of. Yes he informed me that they didn't do tires but that he would get it handled for me. Before I had certified transmission get my truck, It did run the engine was just blown and I had a dead battery so that why they had to tow it down, which he offered to do. Revdex.com, I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I don't have any paperwork on this, I just have a receipt for myself paying for the job in full.Regards,[redacted]
