Jay was a subject manner expert in his knowledge on central vacuums as experienced in the initial call When he came with a replacement central vacuum he worked quickly and efficiently to remove the current central vacuum and install the new one He spent time to install the vacuum hose holder for me in the garage The vents were all checked for the correct pressure to operate Jay was an extremely nice person and made sure that I understood the proper operation of the vacuum Definitely recommend him to family and friends

We recently had a Canavac Central Vacuum unit LS Series installed in our home in Paxton, MA by Jay at Certified Vacuum in Shrewsbury, MA and are very happy with the system, the installation and the overall experience As part of the installation Jay brought his own electrician which was a great help as we didn't have to try and coordinate our own electrician Also the other quote we received was higher and did not include the electrician's cost which was all included in the cost from Certified Vacuum
Jay did a very neat and clean job installing the vacuum outlets in our existing walls and they look like they have always been thereThe installation was completed in less than one dayWe are very happy with the vacuum unit itself and especially with the tools and accessories that make it very easy to use

What a fantastic experience!! When I first arrived at Certified Vacuum to inquire about purchasing and installing a central vacuum system, Jay and Donna greeted me like I was part of their family. Jay took the time to run through the options and helped me make an informed decision. We sealed the deal and scheduled the installation. During this session, I asked Jay about an issue I was having with an ancient central vacuum system at my summer home. He asked me about the system, gave me some troubleshooting steps, and loaned me some equipment to aid me in my troubleshooting. The day prior to the installation Donna called to confirm, and the day of the installation Jay and Shane arrived at my home at their scheduled time. They surveyed the pre-plumbed outlets and laid out a creative plan to finish the installation. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the results. Not that I like to spend hard earned money on a vacuum system, the experience and results are worth every penny. Outstanding job!

PS - The ancient system is beyond hope, and I was happy to learn that Jay has refurbished options which include a 5 year warranty. I will be returning soon to make another purchase.

I have a central Vac system that developed a problem in one of the input valves. I called Certified vacuum in Shrewsbury, Ma . They came to my home with right equipment and repaired the problem quickly. They were thorough polite and very professional. They fixed the problem in short order and because of that they refused to accept payment . I highly recommend them for any vacuum servive
