Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This is not an accurate response in any way it is an excuseThey are clearly using deception by making a business think they have done business with this company It is a bill that they send not any other type of marketing material It is a sad world when you have to write the Revdex.com to let people know that they should beware of such a poor business practiceAlso, when I called her company she hung up on my face- she did not want to hear me call out what she was doingI rang her again and she would not pick the phone up anymoreOdd behavior for some marketing mess up I would say Regards, [redacted] ***[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

Hi There, We sincerely apologize that the letter confused you and made you think that it's a bill, it states there that it is just a pure solitation for businessWith regards to the service we offer, it's a web hosting service this means that you have a website for your
business to be accessible World Wide Web or on the internet and what we do is to make sure that you have your web presence.Sorry for your calls not being attended because of the high volume of calls that we received everyday but we appreciate on taking the time reaching to us to resolve thisWe will be issuing a refund to you but before that we will need to ask and verify some informationPlease expect my email and will communicate from there. Thank you for bringing this complaint to our attention as we strive to provide the best experience for both our existing clients and prospects alike. We take offense at the use of the term "scam" as we are a legitimate web design and web hosting company and we have thousands of satisfied
clients I would also like to take the time to explain that you were not sent an invoice and in fact the solicitation clearly and conspicuously explains that this in fact NOT an invoice Nor do we utilize any wording on the solicitation that could be misconstrued as such. We sincerely apologize for your confusion and we take every precaution in our various marketing materials. As per your desired settlement, we can assure you that you will never receive another solicitation from us as we do not maintain a "mailing list" of any sort and only mail once to our prospects. They are clearly using deception by making a business think they have done business with this company.  It is a bill that they send not any other type of marketing material.  It is a sad world when you have to write the Revdex.com to let people know that they should beware of such a poor business practice. Also, when I called her company she hung up on my face- she did not want to hear me call out what she was doing. I rang her again and she would not pick the phone up anymore. Odd behavior for some marketing mess up I would say.
