have a receptionist. I have been back to the job to inspect it and to look at any concerns Mia [redacted] had with an appointment time set by Ms. [redacted] and she was not there. I walked the entire job with Reverend [redacted] on June 9, 2015 at approximately 1 :40 p.m and with a nice lady in the front office, neither one of them could find anything wrong, nor could I. June 23 , 2015, our Store Manager and Installation Specialist went to [redacted] Funeral Home to make some minor fixes that Ms. [redacted] was concerned about. Our Store Manager walked the entire job with Ms. [redacted], after the fixes were made and at that time she stated to him and to the installer who fixed the areas shown to him "The job looks great". Case #[redacted] July 8, 2015 Page - 2 -This job has been completed per their contract with House of Carpet, Inc. We have come to the job site without hesitation whenever we were asked to come. We are professional and quite concerned with customer satisfaction and have been so since 1959. I will not be going back to [redacted] Funeral Home due to a threatening comment made to me from an unidentified man from [redacted] Funeral Home. He came into my store on June 10, 2015 at 1:55 p.m.; this threat was reported to the Chesterfield County Police by me on that day. Mia [redacted] has never been to House of Carpet and the only time anyone has come to our store from [redacted] Funeral Home was on June 10, 2015. On July 7, 2015 work for a floor plate was completed and a walk through with Ms.[redacted] to make sure we had addressed all of her concerns, at which time she stated everything was fine. I see that the complaint is dated for July 6, 2015 which is prior to the final walk through date. [redacted]
