[redacted], this customer had requested for us to replace his ventilation locks after searching and finding them for him we went out  and replace those with the newer design vent lock.... these were acceptable to the customer as the old ones were no longer being made as far as the screen lock for...

his patio doors back in 2009 those doors did not come with any screen locks as far as certified windows is concerned this issue was closed approximately a month and a half ago
