Certified Windows installed windows and door in my home in *** We love the product, the company did a great job, the installers were fantastic, they were respectful, they cleaned up really well and we would definitely recommend Certified Windows to friends and family

STAY AWAY UPDATE - One of the owners came an hour and a half late for an appointment today and when he was confronted about being late he *** and started screaming and swearing at my husband*** Although the installation problems are outstanding I would not ask this man back to fix them without some heavy duty backup at hand There are good companies with reasonable ownersgo to one of them!
We had a front steel door, large front window and sliding garden door installedNone of these were installed properly and we paid well in excess of 10,dollars for themThree service trips were required to get the window installed properly, the front door was installed three times but never properly and it and the sliding door are STILL not properly installed years laterWe have called many many times and are always told we are top of the list but things are still back ordered*** When they were told just how dissatisfied we were they blamed their previous salesman*** saying that he had stolen all of their clients and associated records*** *** Regardless, our 10,dollar door squeaks like a twenty dollar door and our sliding doors still aren't done *** *** *** We are not difficult customers but we have literally been stood up by this company at least twice a month for the last six months*** ***

First of all if someone is reading this review in order to pick out a company to get new windows from, go no further. Certified Windows and Doors is the company to use. Not only will you probably get the best price, but you will get the pleasure to deal with a first class organization and great people. You can be 100% sure that if you have any problems with the windows or job they did, they will make it right.

My wife and I had a very good experience with them. We had our entire house redone, and their work was excellent and exceeded our expectations in every way. Their prices are very good and very competitive, and they do a quality installation using good materials.

They are expert at what they do, and they installed all the windows and doors perfectly and were very professional and thorough. I would definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to friends. My experience with them was just phenomenal.

Last year I purchased a rear door (storm), and it took several attempts arrange the installation - they said the door was late in being sent to them. Finally, the door was installed, and we are satisfied with that. HOWEVER, in early January, a rep from Certified Windows came to my door, and requested permission to place a sign on my front lawn, and if I agreed, I would be compensated with a $10.00 gas card for every ten days, and would receive $30.00 gas card for one month -I agreed and the sign was installed. After the one month, I phoned them but did not receive a call back. I also received a call from them asking permission to take a picture of the sign on my lawn and again was told I would get a $10.00 gas card. Needless to say, I have not received any gas cards and despite being promised that someone would deliver them on Saturday am, Feb 13 - no one arrived.I have removed the sign and l will attempt to find their place of business and get the gas cards. I hired Certified Windows to replace some windows in my home a few years ago and I was very happy with the job they did. When they finished, the young man said he noticed I had a couple of holes in my screen door and he fixed them for free. Then when it was time to sell my home this year I wanted to replace more windows, so I called and they sent [redacted] out. He did a great job taking care of me, even to the point that when my home sold faster than expected and closed before the install date, [redacted] rushed it through so that I was able to install the windows before the home was sold. I would never look anywhere else for windows. Thank you Certified Windows.
