it".  This was the reply months ago.  It seems to me that enough time has passed for a very thorough "look" into the issue.  I now want a refund of my money.

Review: I ordered a product (Vitalert Vitamins) that was out of stock on July 17th, 2013 with the understanding that the product would ship as soon as it was restocked. As of October 14th, 2013, I still haven't received my product (Vitalert). I was charged $33.93 for my order.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the product I ordered and was charged for but never received.

Review: I ordered four bottles of CholestOff Complete at 21.99 per bottle plus shipping and handling which came to $95.91 through their website: www.medicalprovisions.com and never received my product. Though my credit card was billed for the amount of $95.91. I have repeatedly tried e-mailing them, with no reply and tried calling the phone number that was listed for them on my credit card statement, which was(818)-879-98850 and that phone number has been disconnected.Desired Settlement: I have not been able to reach them, either by e-mail or phone to find out the status of my order.

Review: I ordered 10 bottles of Vitalert on 1-7-13, order # 1[redacted]6 for $137.85. My account was charged and the payment cleared. I have ordered from this company before and didn't have any problems. I knew when I made the order it was on a first come first serve basis but I thought I would have my order way before now. I have sent e-mails to the company with no response. I tried to call them but it went to voice mail. In late March or early April I received 1 bottle of Vitalert with a note stating I would receive a free bottle with my order when it is shipped. I have not received my order or gotten a response from the company. According to their website medicalprovisions.com my order is still pending. I should have made a complaint before now but I kept hoping I would receive my order. They have another product called Newfound Energy which is the same as Vitalert except doesn't cost as much ($9.99 & $12.99 respectively). According to the website Newfound Energy is not available. It seems when Vitalert is not available they sell Newfound Energy and visa versa. If either of these products were available any where else I would purchase it elsewhere but it appears Certified Worldwide LLC/medicalprovisions.com has a monopoly on these products.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $137.85 and the 10 bottles of Vitalert I ordered. If Vitalert is not available, I would be willing to accept a full refund of $137.50 and 14 bottles of Newfound Energy.

Review: Certified Worldwide LLc is doing business online as Medical Provisions (website is MedicalProvisions.net). I have ordered a vitamin supplement from them for the past couple of years. I started having a problem the latter part of last year with lateness in delivery of product, but I eventually received the product.I recently ordered a product on 6/19/2013 and received an order confirmation -- #117842. The product and shipping fee of $20.94 was deducted from my bank account on 6/21/2013. It is now July 31, 2013, and I still have not received the product. I have sent them 4 e-mails, and called them yesterday and was rolled into voice mail. Review: I have not received my order for cholest-off after nearly 4 weeks, with no correspondence from them. I sent them an e-mail which they did not respond to. I find no phone number to contact them on their web- site. they have already charged my visa $41.93. Appearently they are using this product to scam people because I read another report online where they did this to another person. Review: I ordered 4 bottles of Vitalert Energy on 3/17/2013 and it showed back ordered. I have gotten them before and it took about 3 months,so 6/11/2013 I ordered 10 more bottles. It is posted that if you have any questions to e-mail for a faster response. I have done that 5 times and have called everyday. It always go to voice mail and I can not get a response. They took the money out through my pay pal account the day of the orders. I would like some kind if response!Desired Settlement: I would love to get my Vitalert but if it is not available I want a refund of the full amount paid.

Review: On April 20, 2013 I placed an order with this company for Vitalert vitamins in the amount of $59.91 and to this date have never received them. I have emailed the company 5 times with no response. I have called them several times and they don't answer the phone. Review: On Oct. 30 I ordered 4 bottles of Glucosamine/Chondroitin for approx. $80. On Nov. 4 the charge was posted on my credit card. I have not yet received the pills. Review: I ordered 7 bottles of Vitalert Energy Multivitamin 100 Tabs on March 15, 2013. The cost is $98.88. I paid by check which was cleared on April 12, 2013, but I have not received the products. I emailed the company on May 2, 2013 inquiring when the products would be delivered. I did not receive a response. I called the company on May 17, 2013. There was no answer, and I was directed to a voicemail where I left a message with my name, phone number, check number, amount paid, and products ordered, stating I had not received the products and would like a call back. I did not receive a call back. I have called the company several times but there is never a response, and I am directed to leave a voicemail.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $98.88.

Review: On or about 03-10-13 I ordered Vitamin Supplements from certified worldwide LLC, PO Box 310, Moorpark, CA 93023. My order was made over the internet thru a friend’s computer, and is verifiable. No order has been filled to date (05-09-13)! I wrote a letter to the above address and got no answer! (Advertised Lead Time is apox. 3 weeks). This charge for $59.91 has appeared on my bank Statement. I am fed up with this company accepting my money into their bank account with out a letter of explanation to me personally as requested. I have used this product for several years. I have depended on it for my health and well being. Now I am angry and am considering legal action against Certified World Wide LLC.Desired Settlement: The return (reimbursement) of my money, plus damages of 50% for all the negligence and disrespect!

Review: I placed an online order with this company on 04/23/13 ordering one health product - Nature Made Cholestoff Complete -120 (qty of 3 bottles). I provided my credit card for payment. They charged my credit card on 04/24/13. My order number is 117384 and my order total was $73.92. As of today, I have not received my order. I did receive a confirmation email after placing my order and it stated that my product would be shipped in 2 weeks. When I logged onto their web site (using my user ID/password), it is showing the status of my order being "pending." They have no phone numbers listed on their web site. Instead they suggest that you email them at [redacted] I emailed them twice and received no reply. I then found a phone number on their web site on an "order form" that one uses to fax in orders. This number is ###-###-####. I have left three messages and received no response. No one answers this phone and instead it's all automated. Their web site address is: www.medicalprovisions.com but on the email order confirmation, it stated that I would be billed from a company called "Certified Worldwide LLC." They also provided their address as the one listed under this business. All I am looking for is the products that I ordered from them. If they are on backorder, they should let me know. They should credit my charge card until the products are available and shipped to me. Thank you!Desired Settlement: Per my complaint, I would like to either receive the products I ordered within the next 2 weeks (by 06/05/13) or be issued a refund for the full amount that I was billed ($73.92). Thank you!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 9552978, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I did receive the products that I ordered.

In my opinion, however, they should have at least advised me of the delay - communicated something to me. I heard nothing at all until after I submitted this complaint with the Revdex.com.

Review: I ordered products from this company totalling $33.98 with shipping of $7.95 for a total of $41.93 on 6/21/13. My credit card was charged on 6/24/13 but I have not received my order and it still is noted as pending on their webpage. I have emailed several times and have left a message at their customer service number but have not received a response.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund please.
