[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: although the gutters were attached, the door was hung correctly and the windows were sealed...all of which should have been completed at the time of installation....I am still dealing with shoddy workmanship days ago, the closer on a brand new $door came completely off This door was installed approximately months ago The closer was attached with screws that penetrated MAYBE 1/inch It was obvious that the screws were too short, because there was evidence of some type of glue or cement in the area Because the closer was not attached properly, it pulled right out when the door was opened This door needs to be repaired I can't believe that I am saying that a brand new door needs to be repaired due to poor workmanship! I had another door installed and I want the closer on that door to be inspected to be sure it is installed properly My dealings with this company have gone on for months, involving multiple emails The length of time and the poor workmanship, not to mention the aggravation, reflect poorly on this company The cost for all the work I had done was approximately $23, I question their competence, their pride in their work, and their conscientiousness Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: although the gutters were attached, the door was hung correctly and the windows were sealed...all of which should have been completed at the time of installation....I am still dealing with shoddy workmanship.  3 days ago, the closer on a brand new $1500 door came completely off.  This door was installed approximately 2 months ago.  The closer was attached with screws that penetrated MAYBE 1/2 inch.  It was obvious that the screws were too short, because there was evidence of some type of glue or cement  in the area.  Because the closer was not attached properly, it pulled right out when the door was opened.  This door needs to be repaired.  I can't believe that I am saying that a brand new door needs to be repaired due to poor workmanship!  I had another door installed and I want the closer on that door to be inspected to be sure it is installed properly.  My dealings with this company have gone on for months, involving multiple emails.   The length of time and the poor workmanship, not to mention the aggravation, reflect poorly on this company.  The cost for all the work I had done was approximately $23,000.  I question their competence, their pride in their work, and their conscientiousness.
