At this time, I have been contacted directly by C.E.R.T.S regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The company cannot verify or give me information on how to verify if my OSHA card is legitamit, whether the company is legitamit and they will not state whether the three certifications they are charging their clients for are actually required in order to obtain a position cleaning offices and hotels If these certificates are not actually required then I have spent $on something that is absolutely useless and unnecessary Not to mention that for a 10hrgeneral labor OSHA card the average cost is between $/ $ Every question and concern I have had has gone unaddressed

Attached please find documentation from company.  When company was asked about questions/concerns regarding legitimacy they were very dismissive.  Watched a client ask questions regarding same concerns an d a gentleman from the office told him not to speak to the receptionist.  When...

the customer asked for his i.d. the same gentleman told him "[redacted]". The customer then asked if he could get a reund since no services were rendered and the gentleman from C.E.R.T.S said "**".  Once again he did not bother to take the time to assure the customer that everything is legitimate.  I asked a worker for their license or company name anywhere on the floor or in their offices and once again was never given an answer/response.  I asked the Receptionist for the name of the company and her response was "[redacted]".
