Throughout the loan process, we have worked diligently to help *** *** obtain his loan at agreeable terms. The attached document will explain the details of his loan processing and provide background as to why many of the issues referenced in his complaint occurred
We were able to work with the financing institution to bring the loan to closure at the terms *** *** desired. His loan is scheduled to close today, February 4, 2014.
