I made a previous negative report on Certy'sI forgot to say what prompted it in the first place
Calling me on a Saturday morning does not win friends with us hereEspecially after the experience we had with them, told them to not call any more after the last timeThis is just another example of their not so stellar service

I'm really satisfied with the help I received from Certy's FinancialThey went out of their way to help me get the best possible deal for refinancing my house and although there were some obstacles during the process, they hung in there with me until the deal was completedI am very thankful to Certy's Financial and the lending partners thay work withThanks

Although my loan experience was filled with miss communications and a much larger closing cost than promised the end result was goodI was told closing was at it was at I was told they would only take month home insurance outThey took Checks written to pay off lenders were made out to wrong lendersIt seems to me there tele marketing people really didn't know what they were talking aboutBut all in all the end result was a loan for yearsExcellent!!!

I supplied all necessary documents that were required and did my closing in less than 30 days. I had no problems and felt as thou [redacted] was always looking out for my best interest. I would highly recommend them. Also do your research if you choose not to go with them, there are alot of companies out there that just want to hurry up and push thru things.
