I have been using Cervantes Tree Services for over yearsDuring this time, he has not shown up as agreed uponHe is continuously days late, and sometime just forgetsThen, he shows up weeks later, unannouncedHe does not call for cancellations, just doesn't show up at allHe has now organizational skills, no communications with customers, and needs to invest in a calendar organizerSeveral of my neighbors have also expressed this to me.I will no longer use this unreliable, unpredictable and unorganized company
