Cervone's Chem-Dry

Review: Cervone's has done a good job for me in the past but this September I hired them to clean my family rooom carpet and couch seat cushions. They cleaned the cushions on the carpet floor. When the carpet dried, there were big rectangular dirt outlines on the carpet from the cushions. The floor looked worse that before it was cleaned. I immediately contacted Cervone's and left a message (I've never had them answer there phone). I called back each day for 4 days. Finally a week later the owner called and left a message that there had been a family emergency and that is why they had not gotten back to me but that they could come by in the next day or two to look at it. I never heard from them again. I called back at least 4 more times over the next 2 1/2 weeks. No response. On my final message I said that I'd like to give them the opportunity to stand behind their work and make it right with me or I'd have to contact the Revdex.com. Again, never heard from them. Now I'll have to pay someone else to fix their poor job.Desired Settlement: I'd like them to come back and fix the mess. They can clean the carpet again or refund my money for the carpet (the cushions were fine) as I'll have to have someone else clean the carpet again it they don't.
