the member based on the estimated amount during closing. CES received the $381.22 to cover shortage on 4/9/15, unfortunately the teller never alerting [redacted] that the amount was enter into the saving for her to post to the escrow. Once she was made aware,she posted that amount to the escrow on 5/18/15. Then adjusted your payment from $765.89 down to $734.12. The increase in payment was due to the increase of taxes and insurance. That is out of the control of CES. The original amount at the time of closing was an estimated amount. Your payment can fluctuate from year to year after an analysis is performed.
The loan offer made by [redacted] was not to insult the member but to be helpful.
I have attached the letter that was sent to [redacted] and the second letter was sent on 4/2/15 per [redacted] to [redacted].
