about the treatment you received.  I am writing to you on behalf of the New Castle, PA Aspen Dental branded practice, owned and operated by Aspen Dental of SW Pennsylvania PLLC.  I certainly do apologize for your experience at the New Castle, PA Aspen Dental office. I am in receipt of your complaint filed with the Revdex.com.  I have reviewed it with the treating hygienist. As discussed with you on your last visit on 4/25/17 due to your periodontal disease which was diagnosed based on oral exam, perio charting and x-rays the needed treatment was perio scaling.
