I am requesting this complaint to be re-opened The reason is because the business never told me sincerely during all the process that I was complaining directly to them that they had the policy of not returning money So my last chance was not accepting their solution trying to recover my money because it wasn't a cheap bike But now that I couldn't recover my money, I would like to accept their solution that was changing the bike I have written them twice but it's impossible

It is not Evantage's Policy to refund money's for retail purchases.Evantage has offered on several occasions to send the parts requestedunder warranty, or to have the bike swapped out, even though the partsin question seem to have been discolored, or have had nonstructuraldamage caused by exposure...

to chemicals that would damage paint finish.We have had no complaint from the customer that the product does notfunction.
