Review: I ordered four (4) regular ground beef tacos from this establishment, they were absolutely sub par. First off they were very bland, and secondly they were not fully cooked. The first two tacos only had a little bit of beef that was pink. However, after taking a bite of the third taco I found the beef to be cold and completely pink. I took a look at the beef in the fourth taco and it was the same, pink and cold. After leaving the establishment I become sick to my stomach and had several bowel movements that night and the follow day.Desired Settlement: I did not inform the manager at the time of the incident as I was completely discussed and started to feel ill. I would ultimately like a refund for my full purchase price. I wanted to bring this to the attention of the Revdex.com and hope they will be informed of their error so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Mr. [redacted] states that he ordered four of the regular ground beef tacos

and that he did not like the taste and felt that the ground beef was

not fully cooked. Our ground beef is fully cooked before being added

to the warmer pan along with a tomato sauce. We have noticed that when

the meat remains in the warmer for a period of time with the tomato

sauce the underlying meat will take on a pink color making it appear

raw even though it has been previously cooked. We have changed our

procedure to mix the ground beef and the tomato at the time of the

order rather than to have it prepared in advance and in the warmer.

I am sorry Mr. [redacted] thought our food was bland and had he spoken with

me or my staff at the time of his purchase I would have happily

refunded his purchase price. However as Mr. [redacted] states in his letter

he ate all of the food then left the establishment becoming ill at

some point after leaving.

I invite Mr. [redacted] to give our food another chance on us. We will

provide Mr. [redacted] one free complimentary meal. He should just identify

himself to the staff with a photo ID and we will be happy to give Mr.

[redacted] a free meal of his choice.

Again my apologies to Mr. [redacted] for any inconvenience he experienced.

I hope he will give us an opportunity to provide a meal to his liking.
