Dear Revdex.com: We have reviewed the support ticket system emails and determined Ceton Customer Service response times are very good, usually within 1-business days One response was on Monday, July from a ticket response submitted on Friday July There are tickets in our Support Ticket System: see attached pdf of ticket conversationTimes are highlighted in yellow.Ticket is closed on Jul after response from the customer saying they declined our offer to purchase a refurbished unit and no response is required by CetonCustomer responds to the closed ticket on August Ticket is already closed.Ticket is opened on Friday, August and Ceton responds on Monday August at 11:16amCeton responded within day and the customer did not respond to Ceton's response and the ticket was then closed days after no response.Additional note: The customer mentioned he purchased InfiniTV units (he either purchased them used or if he had originally purchased the InfiniTV from an authorized retail outlet, the product would be out of warrantyNew InfiniTV models have not been sold for more than several years (the InfiniTV model was replaced by InfiniTV model in 2013) The customer was informed the InfiniTV unit showed defective or failed from the diagnostic files providedA refurbished newer model was offered at a discounted price and customer responded with derogatory remarks and the ticket was closed since no response was required by Ceton The customer asked if another operating system is supported by our products and the answer was provided in the ticket Microsoft removed Windows Media Center from Win so our product does not work with Win This information is on the Ceton FAQ on the Ceton website and this information is easily found on the many Microsoft Windows Media Center forums.Please let us know what more we can do to satisfy this complaint Thank you,Pam H***

We have reviewed the support ticket system emails and determined Ceton Customer Service response times are very good, usually within 1-2 business days.  One response was on Monday, July 18 from a ticket response submitted on Friday July 15. There are 2 tickets in our Support...

Ticket System: see attached pdf of ticket conversation. Times are highlighted in yellow.Ticket 1 is closed on Jul 20 after response from the customer saying they declined our offer to purchase a refurbished unit and no response is required by Ceton. Customer responds to the closed ticket on August 8. Ticket is already closed.Ticket 2 is opened on Friday, August 12. and Ceton responds on Monday August 15 at 11:16am. Ceton responded within 1 day and the customer did not respond to Ceton's response and the ticket was then closed 5 days after no response.Additional note:  1. The customer mentioned he purchased InfiniTV 4 units (he either purchased them used or if he had originally purchased the InfiniTV 4 from an authorized retail outlet, the product would be out of warranty. New InfiniTV 4 models have not been sold for more than several years (the InfiniTV 4 model was replaced by InfiniTV 6 model in 2013).
2. The customer was informed the InfiniTV 4 unit showed defective or failed from the diagnostic files provided. A refurbished newer model was offered at a discounted price and customer responded with derogatory remarks and the ticket was closed since no response was required by Ceton. 
3. The customer asked if another operating system is supported by our products and the answer was provided in the ticket.  Microsoft removed Windows Media Center from Win 10 so our product does not work with Win 10. This information is on the Ceton FAQ on the Ceton website and this information is easily found on the many Microsoft Windows Media Center forums.Please let us know what more we can do to satisfy this complaint.
