came in for a tire repair Tire was not safely repairable for two reasons 1)
the hole was to close to the sidewall of the tire2) the tread was worn well
below the treawear bars of the tire essentially the tire was with
no tread on
the tire. I let him know that he needed
tires not a repairHe stated he didnot want to replace tires at this time
because he was selling or trading the car in
He then stated he
would replace the tires, and requested the lowest priced tires I had in stock
for the car***s were our lowest priced option in stockHe mentioned he
had a lower online price, I repsonded I
could match that price with the *** tires
02/18/2015-

the next day stated the vehicle was pulling, All invlolved Discount Tire and
customer felt that the thing to do was to have the veheicle alighnment done
because of the age of the veheicle and the milage on the odometer
02/20/2015-

returned stating that his vehicle was still pullingWe did a process of
crossing the front tires to see if the car would pull the other direction a
simple test to see if the car pulls the other directionThe veiheicle
continued to pull rightWe ordered two new tires to replace both fronts

returned to have his front tires changed out, with the same brand tires

stating the vehicle was still pulling rightThe rear tires were then crossed
and the vehicle pull still exsisted
This type of behavior in a vehicle is not and was a bit perplexing for
the cusotmer and Discount tire

returned and stated the vehicle was still pulling the tires were rotated back
to original postion and a replacement
set of tires “***” were ordered

notified the front tires had come in and we were waiting on the rear tires to
arrive

notified the rear tires had come in and would he like to make and appointment
to have tires switched outHe stated he was not availible at this time and
would call back to make and appointment.
From 03/19/until 05/25/there has been no comumnunication with the
customer to have tires changed out

Discount Tire received communication from the
Revdex.com and *** *** that he was disputing the charge due to not being
satisfied with the product on his carAnd that he has passed on ownership to a
new partyDiscount Tire is now unable to resolve the challlenges in the
vehicle for this reasonCurrently this transaction is in dispute with *** ***If ** *** could return the tires that were purchased from Discount
Tire, we would gladly refund or replace his tires and would be more than willing
to refund his expence for the alighnment

We are working to get this complaint resolved internally.

The Store Manager responded swiftly to the Revdex.com's request for resolution.  He spoke to Mr. [redacted] and they came to the following agreement:  Two tires that were installed by mistake will be replaced; all lug nuts on the vehicle will be replaced.  Mr. [redacted] agreed to...

contact the store when he is available to have service completed.
