Very unprofessional. Nobody follows up on tracking.I had called Ceva at 10:50 am as my time frame for delivery was from 8am -12pm. At that time I was informed after the customer rep contacted the driver that my 100 lb package would not be delivered in the morning route as it never made it onto the truck. The customer service rep, who I shall not name, was not apologetic, blamed it on everything else and could not give me any indication that it would even be delivered that day. After I calmly expressed that I was disappointed about the situation especially that I did not receive a call first thing in the morning so that maybe I could make other arrangements as I had taken the first half of the day off from work for this shipment, his only comments were "Are you Done?" I did not know if I would get a call back or not after that comment. Then 30-45 minutes later someone else calls from Ceva to tell me "not to worry, when our drivers get back from their morning routes, we will have them put it on one of the trucks and deliver it to you in the afternoon" She assured me it would be there by five pm. So I stayed at home to only receive a call at 3:30 or so from the dispatcher (very nice and apologetic of the situation) that the paperwork was left on the desk with out being informed of the situation and that the package was not put on any of the afternoon trucks and that it was more likely impossible to deliver it today as all of the drivers were out and would not be back till after 6 or 7 that night. To say the least., I did not receive my package until the next morning after I wasted a whole day and did not go to work. I do not recommend this company to anyone and made contact with the company that I bought my merchandise from and informed them of the situation and how I was treated.
