Review: I ordered a bathtub from a website that has used a shipping co called CEVA Logistics.

I specifically scheduled my delivery for Friday 7/25/14 because I am an attorney who works during the week and Friday is a light day for me. After waiting all day at home, it never came. Online is says it will come on 7/25/14, yet CEVA now tells me I scheduled it for 7/28/14, which is just a complete LIE. I would never schedule it for a Monday, that is just ridiculous. I want you to know I am very unhappy about the shipping company you chose, not to mention they are of no help.

When I spoke to a rep on Friday afternoon, I was promised it would come on Saturday between 10AM-2PM. Again I waited all day and NOTHING. I called again on Saturday and was told that that the person setting up the saturday delivery, put the notes into the system, but never actually scheduled it officially. So, it was then promised to be delivered Sunday between 8AM-12PM. Again I waited at home and nothing. This has been a nightmare. After speaking to Patricia on Sunday and waiting on hold for 20-30min, the she just hangs up and stops answering the phone. I finally got ahold of Ruben from another dep't, who told me she went to lunch. WHAT KIND OF BS is that? She just hangs up on me and goes to "lunch?!!!" I've been sitting around for 3 days at home being fed lies and she goes to lunch without even having the common courtesy to say anything before just hanging up.

I now have to jump through hoops and I HOPE it arrives by Monday. To tell you that I am pissed is an understatement!!!

I can tell you that this experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully it comes monday and in good condition. It explains why CEVA has so many complaints online. Their customer service is atrocious. They are con artists and full of lies. I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THEM. TERRIBLE. Worst company EVER!Desired Settlement: I want my TUB ASAP. I want it finally delivered, as promised, with a written apology (with admitting that they messed up on several occasions and some sort of monetary settlement for having to sit around all day and not being able to go to work on Friday!)

I finally got the tub. the company is a piece of [redacted]. they bring a huge tub, probably 3 feet by 10 feet with only 1 delivery guy, who doesn't even bring a dolly. I had to leave it on the curb until several people came to help bring it inside. when I asked the driver why he didnt bring help or a dolly, he said to me "i didnt know I had to. they didnt tell me what is was." hello!! did the size of the thing give any indication that naybe a dolly is needed???

After reading umpteen reviews about how horrible Ceva Logistics is, I was EXTREMELY PLEASED with their home delivery service. I was a little worried because after almost a week, I had heard nothing from them about scheduling my delivery. I had ordered a bedroom set from CostPlus World Market, and the tracking numbers weren't working. I ended up calling Ceva Ground customer service and was helped by a very polite woman who told me that I needed to call World Market to get the correct tracking number supplied to me. I did so, and received the same number, but with the letter 'B' at the end. I looked up the status on the Ceva website, and saw that my items were currently at a local warehouse. I was then able to schedule my delivery. It was scheduled for today between 12pm and 4pm, and they showed up at 3pm. The men were very polite and pleasant. Everything went better than expected! I just think that people don't take the time to leave reviews when their experience is positive.

Review: Was told to be home on Oct. 23rd for furniture delivery, called Ceva Logistics at 5pm (they never showed up) and was notified that delivery was not going to happen today. Still no new delivery date chosen and a full day of work was taken off to accommodate a delivery date they had chosen. No notification call regarding their status --could have gone back to work instead of taking off full day without pay.Desired Settlement: $375 cash payment/reimbursement for loss of full day of work
