Review: I contacted [redacted]'s Chimney to inspect the fireplace in my home as smoke was building up in the house when the fireplace was lit. He recommended a damper with wind inducing cap. For $525 the cap was installed. I was told not to use the fireplace for 2 days. When we lit the fireplace the house filled with smoke worse then before. I called [redacted] right away he came by tested the fireplace and said we now needed a different type of exhaust fan. Weeks went by [redacted] did not call. When we called him he said he was with his family he was busy. Finally about 2 weeks later a new contract for $2975 minus $525for $2450 would be what we needed.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund as soon as possible.
