I purchased a used Infiniti Q50S on July 10thJuly 13th I started noticing issues with it that concerned me for my safety drivingMy brakes screeched and steering wheel jerked left when steeringMy AC for passenger side worked half the time, my drivers door wasn't aligned properly and my key fob was not workingI immediately called dealership to express my concerns with carThey said it was all under warranty and to take it to infiniti dealership in Apex NCI am an active duty soldier who has purchased cars from them prior to this oneI was not made aware of any of these issues and feel that the car was not properly inspectedFriday July 14th I went to Fred Anderson Nissan expressing my concerns about car and wanting to get a loaner while they fixed it as I was going out of town to see my nephew who was born that dayI was told that they couldn't get me a loan
when driving the car the RPM sticks
when you take off from stop in the car the rpm gauge rises and the car gets stuck in gearthe car will not switch gearswhen driving on the interstate the cars rpm rocks making the car feel like the gas is being patted over and over again
They call my cell phone constantly asking for a *** * I have told them repeatedly that there is no one at my # with that name
Starting about a week ago, I started receiving calls from this car dealership stating they are looking for *** * and they are following up on his interest in TrueCar and they have his True Car information At first I didnt call back, but on Thursday, August 11, I received phone calls - all from different numbers - with the same message - starting at AM California time I called back told them there was no one at my # with that name and that I live in NYC I have been told three times they'd square away the issue I keep receiving phone calls

I drove hrs to buy Armada from Raleigh on June 27thBy the time paperwork was done it was 10:pmThe floor mats in the car was missingThe salesperson *** said their back office was closed and promised to call Fred Anderson Raleigh so that I could pick up the mats from RaleighI believed and left the dealershipSince then I have called more that time with not appropriate response or care not that they have sold the vehicleThe sales person told me that his manager Adam has called and ordered mats in Raleigh but could not let me know who I should ask for to pick it up in RaleighThen I called Fred Anderson Raleigh and their service department said there was no contact or order placed from LafayetteThis is a straight lieThe promise on the sales day was not adhered toI am frustrated trying to folland call
