Review: I had a fence installed in april of 2013. I had nothing but problems from day one. I had called [redacted] several times to try to rectifiy sitiuation they came to my house 3 times and the fence is still not working properly. I actually cant even open my fence more a couple inches. we need to tweek the fence every couple weeks so that it can open.I have made several attempts to recifiy the problem with [redacted] prior to this. I had filed a complaint with Nassau County they had agreed to refund me and the disappeared again. Now they are not returning even Nassau County's call. [redacted] is working without a proper liscense even though he told me he was liscnesd and supplied me with a Lisc# on invoice. We were mislead from step one.Desired Settlement: I have had 3 companies come in to quote to fix the fence and neither company can salvage any parts of the fence except for the wheels. therefore I would like a refund for $1500 that what it is costing to redo fence..

Review: Upon contracting to have new fencing installed at my home Consumer Fence agreed to install fencing so that there would not be enough room under new fencing for dogs to pass under. 60' of fencing is significantly higher than is safe for dogs to be secured in the yard. When Consumer returned to my house (after 5 complain calls) in response to my complaint they told me there would be additional costs to correct the problem. The tops of intersecting fences are not level and gates do not operate properly.

Clean up after the fence installation was poorly done and holes from the old fencing were not filled in causing an unsafe condition.Desired Settlement: Fences adjusted or altered to provide security for dogs in yard as agreed.

Adjust gates so they close without scraping against hardware.

Adjust gate so it self closes.

Fill in old post holes.

Complete clean up of job site.

Level fence tops.

Review: In a contract dated 4/**/13, Consumer Fence Vinyl Co. agreed to supply and install fence by 5/**/13 and took a deposit of $300. After numerous excuses for not installing the fence, the company promised to send refund for $300, but still has not. They now do not return phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund via a certified check sent to my address ASAP.

Review: After the fence was installed I had to call the company numerous times to inform them of three sections of fence with large space(6 inches or more) where fillers we're suppose to be installed, and fillers under both gates, to prevent my dog from getting out. After numerous calls someone from the company responded (after two weeks ) when I was not at home and installed a cut up piece of fence under both gates, screwing in onto the gate with metal brackets and silver screws, which will eventually rust. I have called the company for the last three weeks asking for someone from the company to just drop off a piece of bottom rail which I would install myself, but I have not received a call back from the company. I have called them seventeen times,and left messages, with no response. My last message was that I would contact Revdex.com to file a complaint.Desired Settlement: A warning to consumers that this company will not stand behind their work of satisfaction guarantee.

One access gate has a wide gap that the gate has to be lifted and pushed closer in order to close it and the other has to be separated some to get it to close cause it the gate has some how gotten so close that it almost overlaps . I need to tweak the fence every couple weeks so that it can open. I have made several attempts to rectify the problem with them prior to this. Now they are not returning any phone calls or is the phone taking any messages anymore. CFC is working without a proper license even though he told me he was licensed and supplied me with a Lic# [redacted] on invoice. I were mislead from step one.Desired Settlement: I would like the fence repaired or money for someone else with better qualifications to do the job!

Review: Fence panels fall out because they tried to cut 5" posts to fit 7" rails, posts have gaping holes because they tried to hand router ,panels also shift left to right leaving openings in the fence becase they didnt add expansion edging,also 3' section missing behind shed.. Tried to work out problem for over a year,but each time the were suppose to show always an excuse...Desired Settlement: total refund so I can purchse the fence I was suppose to have

Review: I paid $550 on 8/**/13 to have a wooden fence removed and a new vinyl fence and gate installed. The contractor has not done the job. He never shows up even when he promises to.Desired Settlement: Finish the job or return my money.

Review: initial problem was fence installed and posts shifting after install causing fence to separate. After 8 months and a complaint to Revdex.com they came and fixed the initial problems. after a week of these repairs I noticed a separation in the fence again and the top rail came out of its slot which means the correction they made to the fence caused more stress on the farther back posts and now the fence is separating in that area. called and spoke to "[redacted]" who told me once again, just like the last time, no problem just mark the area and I will be out there.. of' course he did not show and since that phone call about a month ago he has not answered his phone or returned my messages.. have left a message almost every day since.Desired Settlement: just repair the fence to its original / proper state.
