Hello ***,
I wanted to follow up with the resolution. The General Manager of this store location, Gary Dawson, spoke with Ms*** Tuesday (briefly) as she was headed into a meeting so they spoke again yesterday. He has resolved the complaint with her and we are sending her $for compensation through our “Be Our Guest” program, they are certificates good at any TGI Fridays
Thank you,Katie

Hello. I replied to the business response in error. I sent it without my response. I am pretty upset so I apologize if this comes across as rude. These so called customer service representatives have some nerve. Please ask this manager how often I but lunch there and why he thinks I'm so petty as to lie about 99 cent worth of breadsticks! He told a bold faced lie and said the box they have me was marked breadsticks. When I called back I told him there was ONE BOX in my bad and it definitely WAS NOT LABELED BREADSTICKS. I drive an Equinoxes so unless I tossed them out the window. When the rude woman came out and looked in my truck they would have been in PLAIN SITE!! Bad service is one thing..lies and accusations are another. I will not rest until I can tell this manager to his face he isn't fit to manage anything or anyone for that matter.[redacted]

[redacted],
We received your letter today in regards to complaint ID [redacted]
The complaint was routed to us from our corporate...

guest relations center; however, she did not provide a phone number for us to call her back at.  When this happens guest relations replies asking for the number and then will send it back to us for follow up.  The only communication we received was that original email stating they requested a phone number.  See attached email communication.
Now that we have her phone number we can follow up.
Thank you,Katie

Verbatim:  The service was the worst, we sat there watching our wait-staff talking with co-workers and drinking, while we were waiting to order. The appetizer was so sweet we couldn't eat it sent it back and was charged for it. My food was luke warm, then when we were ready to leave the wait-staff was no where to be found. That was my second time I ate there this month, and the other experience was bad also, the wait-staff asked personal information in front of my fdate. I never got my friday reward bonus card, now I wonder what she did with my information. This was one of my favorite restaurants, but not anymore. I called to complain to the manager weeks ago, still waiting for a return phone call because apparently they weren't in when I called.

For more details, please see the attached document.

In response to this customers complaint, I had spoken to this guest on the day of the incident.  What is confusing to me is that in her original order the server placed a box labeled “breadsticks” in her bag, I confirmed this with the server.  I know the box was there...

because the guest indicated to me that she was “insulted” that we labeled the box, “she is educated and know what breadsticks are”.  The hostess took her out more breadsticks when she came back.  She then proceeded to call the restaurant and cuss out the hostess the bartender and myself never giving anyone a chance to get a word in edgewise.  I would have probably compensated her in some fashion, even though I don’t feel it would have been necessary, had she given me the opportunity to speak.  At this time there will be no compensation sent.  Rob M[redacted]General Manager
