In response to this customers complaint, I had spoken to this guest on the day of the incident What is confusing to me is that in her original order the server placed a box labeled “breadsticks” in her bag, I confirmed this with the server I know the box was there because the guest indicated to me that she was “insulted” that we labeled the box, “she is educated and know what breadsticks are” The hostess took her out more breadsticks when she came back She then proceeded to call the restaurant and cuss out the hostess the bartender and myself never giving anyone a chance to get a word in edgewise I would have probably compensated her in some fashion, even though I don’t feel it would have been necessary, had she given me the opportunity to speak At this time there will be no compensation sent Rob M [redacted] General Manager
