CFI CDL Trucking School

I discontinued my classes here and the school owes me a $360 refund. I have waited over two months without any resolution.
I started taking classes at this school between late September 2019/Early October 2019. I attended five classes at this school, two of which were wasted due to the owner and an instructor argueing about what I should be doing and which driving techniques to use. The owner had even turned his frustration at me, accusing me of not following his orders despite the fact that I was assigned a different instructor at the time and the owner would shout from outside of the truck.

After having a poor customer service experience I decided that this school was not a good fit for me and I no longer wanted to use their services. I alerted the school that I would no longer be attending. I was told that I would receive a refund of $360 due to the fact that I paid for 6 classes at that time and only used 5.

The initial correspondence regarding this refund with the school was in early November 2019 and they stated that I would receive my refund by the end of December 2019. Once the end of December came, I had not received a refund and contacted them. They then stated I'd receive it by the end of January 2020 but never giving a specific date. It came to the end of January 2020 and I still had not received a refund.

The contract I signed states that refunds will be provided within 30 days of the request being filed, but according to Jeff at CDI Driving school, there is no guarantee when their school will file the refund and apparently mine has not even been filed yet. I asked for a breakdown of the process needing to take place for refunds so I could have a better idea of why this is taking so long, and it was never provided.

My concern is with the lack of customer service and lack of confirmation of when I will receive my refund. It has now been almost three months since I cancelled my classes with them and have not given any confirmed date of when I will receive my money.
