Review: I had custom cabinets made for my kitchen. The veneer has been peeling off the cabinet that houses the washer/dryer. After several calls and emails, the owner, [redacted], came and attempted to glue the veneer back on. This did not work and it continues to peel The cost of the cabinets was $13,000. In addition, I was told that I was getting drawers that had a "soft close" meaning they would close with a slight push. They don't work, but I had let that go because I don't expect perfection. But now I see an overall pattern of less than competent work.Desired Settlement: The designer who referred me to CFM said that a new door would need to be ordered. That's what I would like to have happen.
