im currently trying to get rinkens to ship my car which they picked up and have in their holding area where it has sat for many weeks it should have been shipped weeks ago I even had a date of arrival in the UK (aug 28) today is the 9th sept and it is still in there compound they claim there is a problem with the brakes so cant go as a roro shipment which I booked and paid for..the reputable dealership I bought the car from have documented proof that the whole braking system was brand new less than miles ago and when they test drove the car before rinkens picked it up it was perfectly fine..they never reply to my emails I have to constantly phone them to find out what is happening, I still have no idea when my car will shipthe office in LA is dealing with my shipment, I will be amazed if I ever see my car in the UK

They damaged my daughter's vehicle and are refusing to make it right They say that because it was damage to the interior and it wasn't noted on the delivery form (even thought I told the driver, who took pictures and told me to do the same and send them to the Company (which I did), who would then "take care of it"), I am out of luck I am trying to deal with their insurance carrier, but shouldn't have to It is pretty obvious that the driver hung my daughter's keys off the interior door handle The keys then spent the 3,mile trip bouncing up and down and scratching the door panel Her keys reach the exact radius of the damage if hung from the door handle

Absolute terrific Service - I bought a VW Bus 2pm on Friday - I called Rinkens 3pm if they can pick this up 3.30pm - NO PROBLEM SIR - THAT'S IS THE BEST SERVICE AND SHIPPING COMPANY I EVER HAD - Thank you Nicolas - love to work with you !!!

Worst experience ever. Wasn't going with this shipping company at first but got them through All American Transport - telling me how good this company is and high review,etc.
Got my car shipped out from MA to CA in May, was told by several employees there to take an estimate of 10 days, turned out to be more than 18+ days. I planned all my moving schedule around 10-15 days to match the car delivery but went alot longer than expected, had to pay a week of car rental in CA while waiting for my car.
The customer service was bad, blaming responsibilities to other internal teams in different regions, attitude was bad, and very very very slow response.
After finally receiving my car, there was a huge dent on the rear side of my car. Again, it took them 2 months to start looking into my case. Victoria was the one in charge of the insurance claim, told me she is the only person handling every claim and is very busy (seriously?) and would tell me to send her pictures, files, etc. Only to never get back to me, I had to constantly follow up with her but usually not able to find her. Now its been over 3 months, I still have not gotten my coverage money. I never liked to bother leave reviews especially bad ones, but their service is really one of a kind. bad. How do you even operate a business like this? Nothing followed through to what they agreed with the customer.
