CFSC - The Check Cashing Place #23

The worse customer service ever and I say race plays a part!!! My family and I work hard for our money to take care of our family members back home. I send money through money gram and it seems when they see the amount being sent, their system is down. That happened twice, with two different associates. I have witness this happening with other customers as well.
Then, one time I was questioned about why I was sending money to one country to two different people. Because they do not live together and is not near each other. I was confused because that was none of her business. It wasn't her money being used and you are not authority. Just horrible customer service. I do not know if it is my looks causing them to turn me down but something has got to give.

Review: Employees new that a ATM machine in at their site was not working properly and did not post a sign and the machine withdraw money from my account and did not dispense the money. The error couldn't be explained by the clerks and they were not concerned that the machine had taken my money out of the account even though they said that they were responsible for the maching.Desired Settlement: Money refund to my acccount asap
