These people refused my checkFinally they cashed it, however by law they are suppose to give name of clerk that refused to help me, no apologies, I got treated as though I was an undocumented immigrants because of my last name, even though I was born in America..

Review: I visited the location on [redacted] and asked to purchase a Money Order with my debit card they told me it would be a $2 fee, I agreed even though other places only charge $1. I looked at my statement and realized that they charged me a $2 fee just to withdraw the money from the atm. Instead of allowing me to use my debit card as if I were making a purchase, like all other check cashing places, they just withdrew the money which resulted in an additional atm fee. When I went back to explain that I was not informed that they would be withdrawing the money from the atm they told me I should have known that because they told me I would be charged a fee. I said I agreed to the fee for using my debit card for a money order purchase but not for you to withdraw the money from the atm because I could have done that myself and avoided the $2 fee and the additional charge from the bank. The whole purpose of using the debit card is so I will not have to use the atm and I can avoid the trip the the bank. The 2 [redacted] staff were very rude and walked away from me while I was talking. The [redacted] was standing there the whole time and did not say a thing. Is this how managers allow their staff to treat customers? I didn't get loud, or curse meanwhile the [redacted] staff is yelling at me and the other [redacted] staff is on the side making rude remarks all while the [redacted] was standing there. Completely unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my fee.
