Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The company was clearly hired to provide estimate on the job after a floor for the insurance company, which is clearly stated on the receipt that they provided The company were required and agreed to pride the job descrition and the cost for each repair in writing They were not hire to do any job, and again to point out only a quote in WRITING They did no such thing I have spoke to Dough every week more then twise per week His answers ranged from it will be ready in two days, you need to spea to some on regarding the material you want, you need to speak to Dough when he is clearly answering the phone, call at 9pm he is waiting for you call or am THis was over a 6+week run around where he did produce the job he was hired for He was clearly aware of the reason coming, what is required of him, and what is stated on receipt Again due to his neglagence I was forced to hire new contractor and spend $in addition to waht I paid The estimate in writing by company was delivered in hours Again you lide fro over weeks and did nothing I hire you to write an estima not to do any other job you have failed to do so In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I have not yet received a refund check from Superior Home InteriorsAlso, they state that my signed contract does not entitle me to a refund when in fact, it doesPlease see attachments which show the signed contract and the terms of the refundI carefully followed the instructions for cancelling the order by sending a certified letter and texting Doug from Superior Home Interiors many times the day after I placed the orderPlease also see the attachments which show the cancellation letter I sent to them via certified mail the day after I placed the order with DougThe certified letter was returned to me after numerous delivery attemptsThe post office advised me that the returned letter is evidence proving that I sent the letter within the specified time frame on the contract. I will consider the complaint to be resolved once I have received and deposited the check from Superior Home InteriorsThank you*** ***

This matter was resolved to the customers satisfaction We scheduled an appointment for her outside of business hours to maintain our high customer service ratings This issue was a result of improper building structure and not related to product quality or installation of the
product

 This was not resolved by superior homes 5 trips to my home and still not fixed this company had stressed they only accept cash and now I know why this is a 51yr old building with solid concrete ceilings and walls I have always had cousin blinds made and never had I ever had such shabby work nor have I ever had to deal with the tracks falling down and if that was the case a professional would have known how to do it properly you don't bring your young kids to do it I request my money back and they can take their blinds the owner hung the phone up I am still dealing with this and want my money refunded.

The company was clearly hired to provide estimate on the job after a floor for the insurance company, which is clearly stated on the receipt that they provided.  The company were required and agreed to pride the job descrition and the cost for each repair in writing.  They were not hire to do any job, and again to point out only a quote in WRITING.  They did no such thing I have spoke to Dough every week more then twise per week.  His answers ranged from it will be ready in two days, you need to spea to some on regarding the material you want, you need to speak to Dough when he is clearly answering the phone, call at 9pm he is waiting for you call or 8 am.  THis was over a 6+week run around where he did produce the job he was hired for.  He was clearly aware of the reason coming, what is required of him, and what is stated on receipt.  Again due to his neglagence I was forced to hire new contractor and spend $200 in addition to waht I paid.  The estimate in writing by company 2 was delivered in 48 hours.  Again you lide fro over 6 weeks and did nothing.  I hire you to write an estima not to do any other job you have failed to do so.

Team:Superior Home Interiors, Inc. has gone to the job site two times in follow up response to the customers complaint.  Both times, the issue with the product was a direct result of the customers misuse and abuse of the product.  Superior Home Interiors, Inc. has shown the customer how to operate the blinds three times (at install and twice more to inspect complaint).  Superior Home Interiors, Inc. has photographic evidence of the quality of our work. We pride ourselves on the highest level of customer satisfaction.  Please ask the customer to refrain from using vulgar language when contacting Superior Home Interiors, Inc. and from threatening our employees.Best regards,Superior Home Interiors, Inc.
