As far as how this complaint reads, this man is not aware of his facts About - months ago Mr *** attorney called me regarding this issue I explained to him that Mr*** hired us to re graphic wrap one side of his trailer that was damaged in an accident I explained to him the information that can be seen below and he agreed with me that we handled this appropriately and I haver never heard back from him.We billed Mr*** as all customers 50% down $1,500.00.We then removed the damaged graphics, we designed the replacement graphics and sent Mr*** proofsHe would never respond during the day and would call my female sales woman at and 3AM in the morning when she would be sleeping(very unprofessional)He then notified us that some relative was going to do the printing and installation of the graphics instead of us At that time we than told him we needed to keep the $for the work performed and we would not need the final $1,for the print and install.I feel That Mr***, because of the time period that has elapsed, has mixed up the facts in his mind and is responding in a very unprofessional way I am wondering if Mr*** ever talked to his attorney?*** *** Vice PresidentCGSPremier

First of all, let me assure you Mr. Berte, I am very well aware of ALL the facts in this matter. You, on the other hand, have lied in your response which I can easily prove by just showing anyone in the entire world my trailer. You said that you took my money $1,516.59 ( half down ) and removed the damaged graphics from my trailer, correct? Then explain to me how the original graphics are still on my trailer and were never removed??? Do you have some state of the art re-appearing vinyl that you remove and then comes back later? That was your first lie....and I would NEVER call anyone before or after business hours and did not do that...I have no idea what you are even talking about. I have tons of emails proving that I communicated with [redacted] via email in a professional manner , always. And I had always responded to any communications from CGS so that is another lie. I also talked to my attorney and have the letter that he sent to you, which I have also attached to show that you have, again, flat out lied about all of this and I would very much love to meet you some day so that you can call me a liar to my face, but I very much doubt that you would be stupid enough to do that if I was standing right in front of you. No, really......I know you are saying to yourself that you would............you wouldn't. Also, in what dream did you come up with that I have some relative that was going to print and install the graphics for me? Maybe if I needed concrete work or a new roof put on my house one of my relatives could help with that, but graphics on my trailer, no.....I don't have ANY relatives that do anything close to that. So I guess your plan was to just respond very immaturely and unprofessionally and not return my money to me. Anyone reading this.....I would love to show you my trailer, emails, etc. to prove that everything that Mr. Berte has stated was totally false and untrue. It looked like they did great work and maybe dropped the ball with me, but that is no excuse for what happened and this bunch of lies in response to me just wanting to get my money back is honestly just terrible. And shame on you for your response. I can't believe you are the vice president of anything....so, plain and simple, my little trailer wasn't worth your time so you bumped me instead of doing mine right away for a bigger company and made me wait and it was a busy spring and I needed my trailer so you just stole my money.......and thanks alot for taking money from a small business guy like me who only wanted to get his trailer fixed and trusted you with $1,516.59 which, I know, isn't much for you....but it is a whole lot to me. Please return the money that you owe me.....you didn't do any work!!! How can you keep money from someone that you know you didn't do work for???
I stated to you in our phone call that Mr [redacted] has a serious memory problem. We have everything documented and in his file.I feel this complaint is closed and will not respond after this.We have been in business 21 years and never had a complaint until Mr. Becker's arrived and 4 years after the fact. Time sometimes clouds the memory and I think that has happened with Mr.[redacted].Sincerely
