I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear I received a bill just yesterday from CGS indicating that I owe them $51 and change but in fact, I do not owe them. My last bill for $48.00 was paid on or immediately before filling my claim with Revdex.com and should pay me up for next 3 months.My bill is $48 every 3 months so not sure what the extra $3 amount is for. Yesterday's bill did not reference the $35 credit I requested. According to my calculations, they owe me $35.00 and I do not owe them anything at this time. Just a few days ago, I received a nasty letter from a collections agency so please forgive me that I am not yet convinced this matter is resolved.
